This block was carved from the inspiration that I get when hanging out with Mazatl and Favianna this last spring in Oakland.

It's my first wood block and I chose to illustrate a valediction of an April 2011 letter from the Chilean Anarchists imprisoned in the Caso Bombas. The figures were inspired by the graphic work of Rini Templeton, a prolific cultural worker and organizer of the 70's and 80's.

An embrace to all those who resist
