These are remainders from the graphic mobilizations surrounding the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Cancun, Mexico. Printed in 2010, the posters are newly available, however not in pristine shape (some bent corners).
Available as an offset print on white paper ($15), or as a screenprint on brown paper ($25).


Nacion indigena Peruana que ha luchado y sigue luchando contra la destruccion ambiental, la extraccion de recursos naturales y la violacion sistematica de la Madre Tierra. En Junio de 2009 en Bagua, Peru surgio un conflicto despues de que companeros Awajun y Wampis tomaron control de la instalaciones de la compania minera Canadiense IAMGOLD. Inmediatamente la policia y el ejercito intervino para reprimir los valientes actos del pueblo Awajun y Wampi. Docenas de Indigenas perdieron sus vidas en defensa de los rios, los bosques y su sobrevivencia, mientras defendian sus comunidades a punta de lanza.

Este esfuerzo grafico es parte de una campana grafica masiva de denuncia rumbo a la COP16, en Cancun.


The Awajun are a Peruvian Indigenous Nation who have fought and still fight against environmental destruction, natural resource extraction and the systematic rape of Mother Earth. In June 2009 in Bagua, Peru, conflict arose when Awajun and Wampis indigenous peoples took control of the Canadian company IAMGOLD’s mining camp. Immediately police and the army intervened to repress their efforts. Dozens of Indigenous people lost their lives in defense of the rivers, forests and their own survival.

This graphic effort was part of a massive graphic campaign protesting the COP16 Summit in Cancun.
