This typeface comes from Avbrey Skum, a designer and artist based in Kazakhstan, “I make webzines and stencils of various (mostly local, but discoverable) bands.”
This is an updated of the venerable Crass font, expanded to include characters in Russian, Kazakh, Belarusian, and Ukrainian alphabets.
