This image is an anatomical drawing of a uterus with the word “Mine” written on it. I created it in 1997 as part of an installation. It was one of the first images I created on reproductive justice. Nearly three decades later, we are still struggling for body autonomy in the United States, and the situation has simply gotten worse with the overturning of Roe v. Wade. Our work continues!
