Unist’ot’en Camp No Access Without Consent

This image was made in Feb 2020 for a actions and a solidarity march in Toronto during the a wave of “Shut Down Canada” rail and road blockades in support of Wet’suwet’en sovereignty in their ongoing resistance to oil and gas pipeline development through their traditional territory in the face of recurring violence at the hands of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Black and white photograph of a large group of people with fists raised and courage on their faces. Behind them, a tall banner hanging by a three-story tripod, which states: “UNISTOTEN”. A banner in the people’s hands states: “NO PIPELINES.” The background is a winter scene of pine trees, snow, and a cabin. Text above states: “NO ACCESS WITHOUT CONSENT.”
