Bec Young: “I created this flyer many years ago while I was living at the Trumbullplex housing co-op in Detroit. In typical fashion, I not only made all the flyers by hand, with gold spraypaint stencil and collage photocopied over it; I also organized the event, organized the self defense class that it was a benefit for, and created the puppet show listed on the flyer, a radical history of Detroit in shadow puppets (with Erik Ruin). No wonder I’m always so busy!”
