I Am the Aztlan Dream

In stock

I Am The Aztlan Dream graphic was inspired by the Preamble to the "El Plan Espiritual de Aztlán" written by Alurista, a Chicano poet who was in attendance at the 1969 Chicano Youth and Liberation Conference in Denver, Colorado. The graphic is meant to remind people with indigenous roots to what is now known as Mexico and the United States, that our claim of belonging to this land is rooted in the historical presence of our ancestors and that migration between these lands has always been part of our experience.
