Erick Lyle's latest issue of Scam follows a trip he took to Buenos Aires. It is focused on stenciling and the stencil scene there, but reaches out to cover the financial crisis of 2001 (and its subsequent wake and boom), street art, politics, and the politics of street art.

Good lay-out with a lot of graphics and photos. The writing is sharp and humane, one of the finest examples of punk travel reporting.

(this essay has also appeared in Realizing the Impossible)

“We stand in solidarity with our Palestinian siblings in Gaza and those among our community who are directly and indirectly affected by the current war and genocide by the Israeli settler-colonial regime. Passive observation of the horrors of bombings, genocide, and prolonged apartheid is not our way. We must rise and firmly proclaim that Palestinian Liberation is a Feminist Imperative.” – Feminists for Jina Seattle
