If you’ve seen Love & Protect* at a recent event, you know we desperately needs to replenish our t-shirt, tote bags, buttons, and magnets stash. So, we’re throwing an art party where we’ll make these items together. We’ll have these items available for sale at upcoming events to raise funds to support our ongoing work.

Please join us on Thursday, June 15th, 5-8 p.m. for an art making party at Haymarket House (800 W. Buena)! We’ll screenprint t-shirts and totes and make buttons, magnets, and note cards. We’ll also write letters to our friends inside.

The event will take place outside on Haymarket’s back lawn space. Masks are not required outside. While inside Haymarket’s building, we ask attendees to please wear a mask. The space is fully wheelchair accessible. Gender neutral bathrooms are on-site and accessible.

Parking is limited. Paid street parking often is available on Broadway. There is also a paid parking lot at 4149 N. Clarendon, a couple blocks from Haymarket House. More information on that lot can be found here.

Dinner and snacks will be provided. We’ll have vegan and gluten-free options.

ChiChiCo will provide childcare on-site.

Please register by Monday, June 12, to help us with our planning. Register here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/love-protect-art-party-tickets-642185212257
