Elizabeth McAlister

Elizabeth McAlister is a U.S. activist who has repeated participated in nonviolent protest actions since the 1960s, resulting in multiple stints prison as a political prisoner. McAlister is a former nun and a mother, a key figure in the Catholic Left.
