Watching the Democrats refuse to allow a Palestinian to speak at their anointing in Chicago confirms for me what I already knew: the issue of Palestinian liberation is to our century what slavery was to the 19th. It will define and destroy us, and maybe it already has. But we can fight on the right side without having to compromise with the party sending the planeloads full of bombs that are already vaporizing children- join a political organization and reject the choices you’re forced to accept. Palestinians are humans and Palestine will be free.
