I made this simple graphic with a small brush, an X-acto knife, and india ink on a transparency sheet as a demonstration on simple screenprinting techniques for a Trans Day of Visibility event in March 2019, hosted at the Center for Contemporary Printmaking (Norwalk, CT) in partnership with Triangle Community Center (Stamford, CT).
The phrase was provided by TCC to reflect the celebrations that weekend, and can be broadly applied to nearly any scenario where people need to feel, need to know, that they are welcome.
