It is a rare moment when one celebrates a labor victory in Wisconsin, much less anywhere in the U$A, yet that is the welcome news coming out of the Badger state this week.
Workers at Palermo’s Pizza in Milwaukee have won a number of gains – eight out of the one hundred striking workers that were fired have been reinstated and granted back pay. Palermo’s must also post a sign inside the factory that it will commit to not breaking the law again when it comes to workers rights to form a union.
