This is a more humble riso edition of an old idea/print I originally produced with Jesse Purcell in Montreal back in 2010 (which you can find HERE). The phrase was likely originally coined by followers of the French philosopher Henri de Saint-Simon, but was popularized by Karl Marx (in his Critique of the Gotha Program), and sometimes attributed to anarchist Peter Kropotkin (who seems like he would of dug it, even if he didn't say it).
This is a pretty basic sentiment, yet it cuts completely against the reigning philosophy of late capitalism.
