Organize, workers! I wanted to make something about the thing we need more than almost anything else: organization. We're good at getting people out into the streets, but we need to be better at giving people something to do after the protest ends. We need to have a better understanding of what we're doing and how to do it- and we need it now! Worker's movements need structure, and people need roles to play.
This is an all-analog image, made by hand using a big compass to draw the lines and curves, and it is composed of seven layers cut from rubylith film. Three of those layers are split-fountain fades. Printed by me at Flight 64 Studio in Portland Oregon.
