In 2006 the first social-ecology graphics workshop called "el Huizache" was founded, located in the mountains of Guadalupe in the North of Mexico City where I started volunteering in May of 2007. In 2009, together with Alejandro Frías Nigmo, we founded  a second workshop of Social Graphics located in the Factory of Arts and Crafts of Indios Verdes. I participate as a community cultural promoter in Mexico City, working in Collectives and individually, as well as in Indigenous communities with education promoters giving workshops and talks on social movements and it's relationship with graphic images of struggle and resistance.

The symbol of capitalism is the automobile. The modern world produces a morbid cult of cars and their power. The cities and it's roads are designed to satisfy the demands of it's drivers, no matter the damage it represents to the environment or to communities broken by the passage of new highways or the uncontrollable desire of people to own cars. The auto now is seen as a weapon for example in these latest attacks in Europe that were done with automobiles. But for us it isn't novelty or news, autos have always been a powerful weapon. Today hope is born into a future where life is valued more than money. Today there are Indigenous peoples that say that the trees are our oldest ancestors and that we should protect them, admire them, and respect them. Today we need to understand that there is only one world, and that the plundering and destruction should stop. The tree represents the strength and hope of a world that refuses to be destroyed.
