I initially carved the block in this image for the promo poster for the Paper Politics show I hosted in Portland in 2006. You can see that poster here. I always liked how the water tower turned out so I made a couple versions recently that used it again. Here's one with a quote from Kenneth Patchen. This print is the most minimal version featuring the lino carving (printed as a screen print) and a touche wash turned into a screen print for the white texture in the background.
