This digital design was created initially for the Fred Hutch Cancer Research Center Public Art & Community Dialogue series. After listening to Asian, Asian Pacific Islander and Native Hawaiian identified employees at Fred Hutch, Saiyare created this piece titled "We" as a way to honor and encourage the assets they all bring to Fred Hutch. The image includes a pair of hands holding a bowl of rice over a woven mat surrounded by rays of affirmations based on reframing of phrases the staff members said they wanted in their work environment.
