The recent uprisings in Iran have been met with another round of brutal retaliation by the state. In solidarity with our brothers and sisters in Iran, I carved this linoleum print and rolled with ink from wildfire charcoal hand collected in Oregon. This is a signed limited edition collectors print and the ink varies slightly from print to print-available in red or white with charcoal ink.
I also made a hand silk screened reproduction of the linoleum print available in two different colors/sizes
Iranian and Kurdish women are asking for people to request UN mechanism to document human rights abuses by the State. Please consider donating money to Center for Human Rights in Iran and United for Iran, calling your representatives to ask to publicly support the Iranian people, sharing posts on social media to keep Iranians visible and to join local protests in support of the people of Iran.
