This one is for all queer kin who have ever sought refuge on the dance floor, found sanctuary in a club, or safe haven in a small town gay bar. As we mourn for those lost from violent and hateful acts, as we rage and grieve, let’s also remember the safety and joy we find in each other. Protect queer lives. Our spaces are and will always be sacred.
