Friend and comrade of Justseeds, Stefan Christoff has launched a podcast along with the Musicians for Palestine, a series that explores musicians’ solidarity with Palestine.
Musicians for Palestine is a living initiative that took shape in the public space surrounding the global response and mobilization to protest the massive Israeli state bombing campaign targeting the Palestinian people of Gaza last May.
A small network of musicians began organizing and doing outreach to musicians across the world to sign a collective declaration that would align musicians globally with the Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel (PACBI), a Palestinian driven global organizing process focused on the cultural sector.
Also it was an opportunity to strengthen and develop networks of transnational solidarity between musicians who are making beautiful work and engaging with movements for social and economic justice. It was time that we found a way to speak out collectively in support of Palestinian human rights and to support the Palestinian liberation struggle.
Right now we are working on a podcast that you can subscribe to via Apple Podcasts here, and also listen to on SoundCloud. Also if you would like to join Musicians for Palestine you can contact us through our website.

The Musicians for Palestine letter demands justice, dignity and the right to self-determination for the Palestinian people, and calls on artists to refuse to perform at cultural institutions complicit with Israeli apartheid. As both an international, and internationalist project, the podcast aims to build connections between struggles for freedom and liberation around the world, a public dialogue with artists who signed the Musicians for Palestine letter.
Hope, determination and social justice.
