Don’t Say You Never Knew

Nicaragua Solidarity Network

This poster, printed around 1990, was created as part of a much broader campaign to educate the general public in the U.S. about the brutal and repressive role of the government in Central America, and especially in Nicaragua. The Nicaragua Solidarity Network closed down a number of years ago, and donated the contents of their office to Interference Archive. The proceeds of the sales of this poster will go to support the work of Interference Archive.

These posters are 30-years-old, and although they are in surprisingly good condition, they show signs of wear and fading. A few copies have dog-eared corners.

“We stand in solidarity with our Palestinian siblings in Gaza and those among our community who are directly and indirectly affected by the current war and genocide by the Israeli settler-colonial regime. Passive observation of the horrors of bombings, genocide, and prolonged apartheid is not our way. We must rise and firmly proclaim that Palestinian Liberation is a Feminist Imperative.” – Feminists for Jina Seattle
