When will Capitalism stop? When it can go no further, and the world surrounds its’ symbols and hushes them. It’ll be a quieter world then, with all the consequences floating to the surface and everything else drifting about below.

It’s a real pleasure to be able to include in this image a small school of Opah, the moonfish, the first fish to be determined to be actually warm-blooded like we scurrying mammals. Look it up! A beautiful thing to be sure. Also featured are some requiem sharks, some trevally, some angelfish, and a single brittle star. Wishing I was below.

I cut and printed this during my residency at Ucross in Wyoming, four linoleum blocks and a lot of transparent base making a slew of vivid colors.
