Men Against Sexism

Price

$6

1977: In Washington’s maximum security Walla Walla prison a group of revolutionaries banded together to break the culture of prison rape and impunity, and to imagine a militant homosexuality in opposition to all structures of domination. Instigated by Ed Mead (of the George Jackson Brigade) ad prison rebel Danny Atteberry, generosity and tenderness walked hand in hand with righteous militancy and as-kicking.

This CPH poster printed at the worker-owned and union-run Community Printers, Santa Cruz, CA.

This is #153 in the Celebrate People’s History Poster Series.
