A cat sits upon an open book. The text appears to be illegible (since cats as far as we can tell, can not read the written language of humans). However, rest assured, the text in hand is Chinua Achebe’s Things Fall Apart. Cats serve as human companions, which can dramatically improve the psychic well being and health for those of us who are not allergic and who enjoy their company. This is a print to honor all the cats who have helped me be a healthier person, and in turn, be healthier in all my political work. It’s cats who help keep me balanced and sane, so for those of you who feel the same, cheers! It’s also important in dark times to also have fun, and remember to have things in our lives that simply help us to maintain balance and sanity so that not everything is full of too much weight.
