I haven’t thought about this image in years (it is originally from 1999!), but was recently asked for a copy of it, so here it is for all to use.
A chained ankle of a leg, shod with a black work boot. The pant leg has black and white stripes, referencing an old prison uniform. A cuff goes around the ankle and the chain falls below. In small words on the pant leg, it states: “Government Property.” Text to the side states: “PRISONS. America’s Finest Slave Plantations.”
