Melbourne street artist and activist designer Tom Civil celebrates B.U.G.A. U.P., one of the first billboard liberation groups. B.U.G.A. U.P. (Billboard-Utilising Graffitists Against Unhealthy Promotions) was formed in 1978 by a group of health care workers disgusted by tobacco advertising. The poster also includes a DIY guide to billboard liberation printed right on it!
