Kevin Caplicki on Whisper or Shout Panel Discussion at BRIC

Tomorrow evening I’ll be representing Interference Archive at the following panel discussion at BRIC, in Brooklyn, NY. It is part of the programming for the current exhibition, Whisper or Shout, on view at BRIC House March 17-May 1, 2016. Interference Archive has a new iteration of our political music show, called if a song could be freedom…Sounds of Resistance and Repression, highlighting music made by social movements in rebellion and produced in prison.
A panel discussion on the topics highlighted in the Whisper Or Shout: Artists in the Social Sphere exhibition. With artists Sol Aramendi, Kevin Caplicki, Brendan Fernandes, Kenneth Pietrobono, and Kameelah Janan Rasheed. Moderated by Kemi Ilesanmi, Executive Director of The Laundromat Project.
